When you have a child born with a brain injury the unknown of their future is terrifying! My family and myself will forever be grateful for the super COMPASSIONATE and experienced team at ABC law center. Its important when dealing with a birth injury that you pick someone with experience! Thats why we choose Jesse Reiter, Anne Randall and there FANTASTIC team. They helped us secure the funds to make sure our daughter would be taken care of for the rest of her life. We are fortunate to have found ABC Law Center after going through two law offices that didnt think could help us investigate our sons birth injury. ABC Law was quick to accept our sons case. As could be imagined with any birth injury case, their were many legal complexities to be navigated. ABC Law Center persevered through many legal challenges to represent our sons best interests. We only wanted to ensure that our sons basic needs and quality of life would be preserved. Considering our son is severely disabled due to his birth injury, we knew it would be expensive to meet his basic needs and quality of life. ABC Law Center prevailed in securing financial relief to our son and ultimately our family. Having the heavy burden of lifetime costs to care for our disabled son lifted has been a true gift. Although, no amount of money can alleviate the loss felt from having a child severely injured at birth, knowing that child is financially secure allows us to better focus on the joy of family. A little over four years ago after the traumatic birth of my son, I was left, confused, afraid, and seeking answers. Especially after being failed by the medical negligence we needed someone we could trust and depend on. ABC law centers was just that. From the very beginning the entire team showed true compassion, concern, and professionalism. They are extremely knowledgeable and are always available to reach out to for questions and or concerns.
