        The doctors/NPs/phlebotomists at this location are excellent. Pacmed scheduling is awful. There are long waitlists and generally no same-days appointments for time-sensitive issues. It feels like Im calling a mega corporation with long holds and unhappy receptionists whenever I try to talk to someone. They are very strict that wellness checks cannot cover any sort health concern so that insurers can maximize their billing. At least parking is easy here.

        I am giving PacMed one star on a single issue: the phone lines. Being on hold for OVER AN HOUR EVERY TIME I CALL makes me hate PacMed for their profit-driven refusal to properly staff their phone lines. I am surprised people dont have stress-related problems listening to their inane music and mendacious statements like,You are the next caller in line, which is categorically impossible for OVER AN HOUR. And I cannot take calls at work, so even I did believe they would call me back, I cant do that. This does not begin to cover my feelings.
