Jessica had gotten my info through my real estate company when I purchased a home and reached out to me to give me a quote. We had a short close window and I thought it was very convenient - one thing off my list of things to do. I called her and she said she would have info to me that afternoon. She sent an email asking for clarification on my name (she had used my maiden name) and I responded right away the correct last name. I never heard from her again. I sent 2 follow up emails and tried to call her. Nothing! So strange and a waste of time.

Jessica Stephens made the process of setting up an auto + renter's policy *incredibly* easy ... she offered several different quotes, advised on value and coverage, and totally streamlined the paperwork I needed to complete. Will 100% go back to Jessica when I need homeowner's insurance!

We were unhappy with our current agency and switched to Moreland Insurance and our representative is Jessica and she is amazing!! She takes the time to ask any questions I have and I appreciate her quick response. I'm so glad we made the switch.
