Secord Agency Insurance

This place came highly recommended after Geico jacked up my car insurance rates. After a decade of being Geico customer, I was ready to go onto different websites to request quotes, but the pro move to avoid those lead generation websites and to use a competent broker - like Secord. These guys were very responsive and candid - Shane provided with several quotes- and despite them being higher than what I currently pay - he was able to refer me to a different avenue which did yield a cheaper policy. I really appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness and candor and see why they are rated so highly.

Called 5 minutes before the closure on Friday night to get my RV added to the policy. Shane took the time out of his family to help me out with my urgent need and he indeed took the time - didnt rush but evaluated multiple options and got the best one for me. I felt appreciated as a customer and I appreciate the Secord agency back.
