Quality Inn & Suites Bainbridge Island

Towards the higher end of what I've come to expect from the Choice Hotels brand. Clean comfortable room, quiet location, professional service. Will definitely be staying here again, next time business brings me to Bainbridge Island. Nearby activities: There are a lot of businesses nearby Walkability: Grocery store and strip mall within easy walking distance.

I had an issue that had nothing to do with the hotel (work related), so I cannot review the hotel, however I can review the Manager Emma. She was an amazing contact and took me from frustrated to extremely satisfied. I give Emma 5++ stars. Thank you

I never hid myself. I have been traveling and staying at hotels, motels and inns for over 12 years. This place is the sketchiest place i have been to in regards to charging and billing. I signed a form stating $122 for a night and get charged $169 in the middle of the night. I get charged randomly during the day for $33.22. Fortunately i have an app that lets me know each time a charge is made. Be careful staying here and i only recommend it if you keep a close eye on your accounts because i have never had to deal with such a situation before. Months ago i had signed a form stating $107 per night and decided to extend my stay. Lo and behold the following days were more expensive than the signed document. In frustration i slapped the tv causing damage. I was willing to work with them yesterday but there was an attempted charge of $169 last night at midnight. I humbly recommend poulsbo inn. $107 per night with no issues for months. Quality inn feels like it's run by a coven.
