DO NOT STAY AT THIS HILTON
Update: 4/12: Vio has sent several requests to Hilton, which they are ignoring. Crystal insisted this would not happen- Van at front desk refused to help when I was there. HILTON, REFUND WHAT YOU PROMISED! After 20 years of using Hilton, this will be my last stay.
UPDATE: 3/31: back to 1 star. Cannot give feedback on Hilton site as i have a 3rd party (Vio) conf number. It's completely ridiculous. The Hilton site will not allow.me to scroll past "Texas" to enter correct state (Washington), and Vio confirmed they cannot see notes as Van said they could.
Update 3/28: moving from 1 star to 2 as night manager called, so at least thats better service than Scott provided.
Originql review: Called specifically to confirm outdoor pool was heated and swimable today prior to booking (it's spring and outdoor pool in downtown Seattle was perfectly heated at last hotel). At check in around 3pm, again told pool was swimable and heated. Called at 730 pm to ask hours, finally told the truth: pool is not heated. It took until 845pm to learn that it's truly unswimmable (51 degrees), and curtly told "sorry (not sorry) and I "could check out now if I want to". *Not* the service I expect from Hilton. I've been given the name of the Manger for tomorrow morning- total brush off.

Old, smelly hotel. Long walk from conference center parking structure to reviews and not easy to find elevator to 2nd floor. Bathroom was running and my husband fixed it rather than call maintenance at 6 pm. Bed was lumpy and sheets felt cheap. Room had a 70s decade old smell. Shuttle is first people on the bus, no reservation. It was packed. Shuttle on pick up is on the hour and half hour but it didn't arrive until 11:22, letting us believe we missed the 11 Shuttle. Driver wanted to see payment on my phone for car. I explained we needed to go in to 2nd ticket. He insisted we pay on app. I said we were a guest previously and were told to pick up 2nd ticket. He was borderline rude. In the lobby I presented ticket. Worker was not smiling or greeting us, just said where is ticket we paid. I explained again we were guests. She looked up reservation, gave is ticket and resumed conversation with coworker. Very low standards for a Hilton property we paid $400 + for one night and parking.
