While we are limited in how we can affect third-party reservations, we are always willing to assist anyone who visits our Front Desk. We did receive a message from you regarding your arrival and your wish for assistance with your reservation, and instructed you to call our front desk—however, there is no record of you being in the lobby when they returned from their quick trip to the bathroom. There is no record of you checking in with us, and since our property is access-controlled to ensure the security and safety of our guests, any codes or keys will not work until you are properly checked in.
