Pipa Mountain Hot Pot

This restaurant has the best Hot Pot I've ever tried! I highly recommend it! Every bite made me want more.

This place used to be one of our fav hot pot spots in Seattle. The food was good and the service was superb. Unfortunately, the quality has significantly decreased. We ordered some appetizers and skewers, which took 20+ min, and they came out cold. Idk if they changed staff or something, but there was barely any service. No water refill until we asked for the check, waited for 20+ min to get soup refilled. They seemed to just kinda forget your requests. And if you wanna reflect the poor service on tips, you cant, they dont allow customized tips. Very sad.

A bit expensive, and the broths were too salty, but everything else was really great! I wouldn't recommend this place unless you bought the Groupon, which gives you $100 of food for $70. The sour plum drink is a great deal however! $10 for a big pitcher, enough for 4 people.
