Had a reservation at 7pm, checked in at 6:45pm. Waited an hour while they kept telling us soon soon. We eventually got seated after 7:40pm. Whats the point of reservation then? People are busy and dont casually have an hour to waste.

Best hot pot I have ever had. Warning that even the lowest spice setting is still very hot but the waiter brought me plenty of milk The food was absolutely delicious and the staff could not have been any better. I highly recommend trying this place out.

Great hotpot! Everything was delicious and service was amazing. It was a bit confusing on how to order and qty of what came in each order. The low spicy broth was mouth numbing but delicious. I suggest to pare it with a non spicy broth. Highly recommend but make reservations as this place is busy. Vegetarian options: Let them know. Good options

Heres how to save money on hot pot for lazy people in Seattle: Eat Qiao Lin at home Based on the reviews of all the Chinese people around me, Qiao Lin Hot Pot should be the best hot pot in Seattle, right? Its not surprising to have to queue up for a table on weekdays. Now they have super delicious maocai for rice ball takeout. You can also eat hot pot at home and stir-fry it. Chicken saves money This time I ordered two Maocai soup bases Medicinal Chicken Soup - The soup base is golden and does not have a particularly medicinal taste. It is very rich. Do not order vegetables for takeout. Bring it back and cut up some cabbage, lettuce, chicken feathers and throw it in to cook together. Enjoy the beautiful soup base at a low price Pork belly and chicken soup - I actually prefer this soup base which has a lighter taste but a strong peppery taste. It is as white as milk and has a super rich taste. The same goes for cutting into your favorite dishes. You must order a lot of maocai base. This time, I specially put it in the light soup to test the freshness of the ingredients. You must order the red list and the black list. Big knife kidney slices - thinly sliced fried chicken, very clean and fresh Huanghou - a must-try hot pot dish, super crispy Luncheon meat - I feel like it's just different from the ones in the supermarket. It tastes bland but has a good graininess. Gong Cai where else can I buy it besides hotpot restaurants? Shrimp Balls - Fried chicken is chewy and fresh Not recommended Goose web - Although it is very crispy, it has a slightly fishy taste in the clear soup. The spicy soup does not matter. Beef louver - cut into super fine pieces, but unfortunately blanched for a long time and slightly aged. It is recommended to eat on site. Tender beef - still tender, but it does feel better to eat on the spot

Tasty vegetarian options. This was our first time hot pot experience, and it went rather well. We overdid it on the mushroom broth.
