The attention to detail on their projects is very high which is evident in the beautiful finished projects they time and time again. Bottom line ... Smallwood Construction is a first class outfit!

Here's a question: If you've worked with a contractor, are you still sending them holiday cards 10 years later? Well, Smallwood Design and Construction built our custom home on Bainbridge Island in 2009 and we mail them a card every year. Why? Because they built a beautiful home for us. And as stressful as building a home is, we came out the other side as friends. The design, site, economy -- presented challenges and they still finished on time. And since then, we've had a modification or other work that we've wanted to get done, and the folks at Smallwood continue to take care of us -- even when the project we want to do is pretty small. Bottom line is that we had a great experience working with them. But maybe even the better surprise has been how they've taken care of us in the 10 years since we finished our home. Highly recommended!
