I started seeing Erica in the summer of 2019 when I was dealing with a lot of fear and anxiety on a day to day basis. Erica is a master at creating and holding a very safe, healing, and comfortable space for you to dwell in. It didnt take long for me to feel relaxed and free to be myself in her presence. Whether your sessions are in person or long distance, you will quickly feel at home and at ease. Over the course of a few months Erica empowered me and gave me the tools to listen to my inner guidance system and the physical cues that my body and emotions were giving me. By implementing and integrating those instruments, I was able to start living a more peaceful, present, engaged, healthy, and vibrant life. I cannot encourage you enough to make an appointment with Erica. She has been a teacher, guide, and confidant to me over the past 10 months. I cant imagine where I would be without her, though I am sure she would tell you I would be just fine. She has helped me conquer fears, get to know myself, and start building a life full of self-love and self-worth. Her guidance has been invaluable to me and I can not fathom anyone better to help guide you as well.

Erica is a first-class SE professional. She is a grounded, compassionate listener and skillfully guides her clients through this unique, effective, body-centered therapy. She has a natural gift for creating safe space and gently inviting the client to engage in the process. I went in unsure of what to expect, and came out amazed and grateful for what emerged. Erica is an excellent professional, very qualified, sensitive to the client's needs. She is very attuned to your needs, very interested in providing the best support and service available. As a client, I felt like I was in the best hands. Highly recommend her and her clinic!
