I hope this school is great. I'm hopefully going to this high school next year. From all the reviews so far, the school is quite lovely. My family want me to go to Renton High School because one of my sisters goes there. I know this isn't really a review, but I'm looking forward to this school. Who knows, maybe i'll update you from that point of time!

I am currently enrolling myself again. Attending last year. Compared to Renton high school, SLC IS a major upgrade. Renton high school refused to give me credits for my SAT which should be against the law tbh. According to how things went down I'm assuming it's not against the law, Renton high school also tried making me redo 5YEARS OF HIGH SCHOOL when's there's only 4 after removing me from my math AND reading classes along with my IEP yet they say I didn't do enough to graduate but I did good enough to be taken out math reading and my IEP before first semester even ended. SLC helped me forget about all of that. Had resources to help develop the things Renton high school refused to.

The staff really care, I would say 85% of the stuff truly care about every student. That is a great percentage for a public school system, the community here is different and connected to students in a different way.

My daughter started going to HighSchool here this year and her academics have improved greatly. The staff is wonderful and kind and helpful. The program at SLC was a godsend for my child. If you have a child who has struggled in the normal high school curriculums SLC could be the place for your child. Smaller class sizes, different options for Learning and studying online courses available.
