I met with Veronica for a consultation about my overly processed hair and I was very appreciative of how friendly, knowledgeable, and honest she was about my options. She recommended me to not process anymore for right now, and explained why in great detail so everything really made sense which I appreciate. Even though I did not end up getting my hair done at this time, I would definitely return someday!

Veronica is an excellent hairstylist, and Im so fortunate to have found her because my hair has never looked so beautiful! She will leave you feeling gorgeous from the inside out! Her technique with coloring leaves my hair looking vibrant and natural and I always get compliments on my hair. Please avoid Veronica if you are blonde or seeking blonde highlights. The haircut was good, it was definitely the color that was really, really messed up and unexpected. Also MUCH more expensive than other Seattle salons for the same service. She charged me $500 for a partial highlight and long hair trim. I asked for a "bright blonde" highlight touch up, as I have had done on my hair for nearly 2 decades, with many past pictures of myself to show intended result. I get highlights every 3-4 months, so was just looking to brighten up my roots. I ended up with darker hair than I came in with highlights that turned darker orange and later pink. This has never happened to me before. She willingly took me back to try and "fix" the mistake a month later, but it continued to get worse over time, and then she stopped responding my emails desperately seeking help.
