I really dont want to leave a negative review, especially from woman to woman, but I feel really upset with my experience and dont want the same thing to happen to someone else! Morgan is very kind and was very thorough about making sure she understood what I wanted. I came in bright blonde with my natural grow out (see photo) and we decided on Bronde (adding in some light brown and mixing with my blonde) - my two requests were to keep some blonde in there and NO red/auburn/copper tones. WellI came out a complete red head (see photo). No blonde. No brown either. Red. All red. Even my eyebrows :( Super bummed - Ive talked to multiple salons and it looks like to go back to blonde will be a lot of work, money and damage to my hair. Morgan refunded me a small amount - which I appreciated but for the price I spent to get my hair destroyed, I was really hoping for a full refund. I also reached out to her twice, very politely asking for info on what type of dye was used and the exact colors, so that I could share this info when trying to get it fixed. No response from her I understand people make mistakes and that hair isnt always 100% predictable - but I believe the right thing to do would be to apologize, give a full refund, and at least help me get the info I need so Im able to fix the damage! :/ Super bummed Service: Hair coloring

Great location, looooove that its just me and my stylist but surrounded by other solo practitioners. Her salon is cute, stylish, and she has WINE!! Most of all, though, Morgan is a fantastic stylist and colorist. Ive always disliked having separate colorists and stylists and shes equally awesome at both. Plus, i have short hair and everything not-great about an iffy cut shows. Hers are perfect every time and the ultimate test, the grow out period, hasnt ever disappointed!
