I feel bad just writing this, as Rum is a really nice person, but she absolutely ruined my hair. I had some faded preexisting purple ends and wanted to go blonde, she said wed try it. 4 hours later, 2 bleach rounds, and 1 toner round, my hair is dead and choppy from it being bleached to the point where chunks had burnt off. I understand really dark hair needs to be processed in multiple sessions, and as a professional, I would hope she would tell me the truth instead of trying to lighten it all in one go. My ends were also going green because of the pre-existing purple so we agreed on a copper blond to neutralize the tone. I had waist length, healthy hair and now half of it is dead and burnt off and my roots are orange. Im just so sad with how my hair turned out, years of growing long hair ruined in a single session. I spoke to her about it and she offered a full refund, which was super sweet of her. I just cant trust her as a hairstylist after this and I cant even look in the mirror anymore without being sad.
