An easy 5.0. She was friendly, communicative, and had a fair price. Oh, and she did a wonderful job with my hair. I would happily return in the future. Plus, there was no wait time, although understandably, sometimes backups do occur. But my appointment was 1pm and we started exactly then. Very professional and very pleased with the results. Cheers!
