Hello Kimberly, sorry you are unhappy with your service. The stylist you saw last month may be new to our Salon but she has over 18 years of experience. She charges $64 for haircuts and offers a 2-week guarantee on all services. Had you brought up your concerns while in the salon or called, we could have rectified the situation.

Hello, thank you for ypur review. We value what clients are looking for . Sometimes less is more when it comes to a haircut. Adding a protein/ deep conditioning service did add to the price . Its nice to see you were happy with your stylist and service. Thank you,Michelle

Hi Erika. I am sorry you felt that you had to cancel your appointment. I was trying to make sure that you had enough time for your appointment. As a 1st time client, I was offering you a 15-minute consultation with a stylist to allow you to chat about your expectations. I was unaware that you requested a particular stylist because you did not indicate that when filling out the request form. When booking online you agreed to the following terms:(Variation of BookingIf you would like to change your booking in any way, you should contact us via telephone at 206-824-3431 to discuss your requested changes. We reserve the right to accept or reject any changes you may request. We reserve the right to release you from this contract in the event that we cannot accommodate your requested changes.We cannot guarantee the time of any service, even if it is marked as available on by our scheduling software. We may change the time and date of your service by calling you and/or emailing you to let you know. We reserve the right to move or cancel an appointment based on stylist availability at any time. If we notify you of a change, you have a right to cancel the booking and receive a full refund for any price paid in respect of the booking, providing that your notice of cancellation is received by us within 24 hours prior to the date of your scheduled appointment. If your cancellation is received less than 24 hours before your scheduled service, you will not be entitled to a refund under this section.Cancellation of BookingWe may cancel a contract under these terms and conditions: (A) Stylist unavailable for any reason (B) Salon Closure (C) Change of stylist schedule with at least 48 hours notice)The front desk staff is directed to reiterate these terms when there is a question about the timing of an online booking. This practice is in place to make sure that you, as the client, receive the proper amount of time scheduled to complete your hair services per your request.
