I recently contracted Seattle Pest Control to eliminate the critters from our home. I had just ended my contract with a different pest control service.Seattle Pest Control were just as impressive as the door-to-door salespeople who first introduced them to me. The two young men were the epitome of professionalism and politeness. In addition, I was very pleased with Hane., the Insight technician who came to our house on time the day after I signed up for the service. Hane was equally helpful and professional in his responses to my many questions. Even our crawl space wasn't spared from his thorough inspection for pests. Then he gave the entire damaged property a full treatment.Sound Seattle Pest Control has exceeded my expectations. Insight Pest Control has maintained my 100% satisfaction. Hane, the technician that inspected my property on 7/2, is a bright, hard-working young man who patiently answered all of my questions. His demeanor was polished and pleasant.

Seattle Pest Control is the best! I strongly suggest them. The technician we had, Ward , was fantastic. He was quite thorough in his inspection of the ant problem, taking us to places we hadn't looked for ants (but they were there!) and spraying the entire house. It was fast, helpful, and pleasant. I will be recommending him to everyone I know, and I hope to continue working with him in the future.

The great Ward ! How lovely. Actually heard me out and answered me. When I first started using another Seattle Pest Control, the techs were constantly trying to "mansplain" my issues to me. Have been with Insite for almost a year, and the tech support has always been excellent.

Our experience with Seattle Pest Control was exceptional thanks to Ward and Hane. They made sure I understood everything and was on board with the plan before they ever arrived. When I mentioned that a bird had become trapped in the hood vent in our kitchen, Ward and Hane went above and above by coming back to inspect the situation and providing me with all the details I required. Plus, they were fantastic with my toddler son running around. They deserve more than 5 stars from me.
