We worked with Scott to help out HOA find a solution for a stormwater issue. Scott did a great job calling about 50 vendors to find one who could handle what our HOA needed. Prior to this, we received a quote of 45k just for parts (no labor) to fix the situation. The new sub he found is full service and much much much more professional (and cheaper - but we were feeling like we were being scammed by previous vendors we had before Scott helped us). Scott did what we as a HOA really couldnt do and found us a quality contractor for a highly specialized job.

We had Spaces GC do some wall texture work that other companies wouldn't touch, as well as painting two bathrooms. They quoted promptly, were able to schedule quickly, and were fully communicative during the project. The work was completed on time and looks great! We're already planning to use them again for further work in our condo. Highly recommend!
