I had tree damage to my roof which led to interior water damage. My experience was very good with Armata. Anthony Delgado was the project manager and kept me informed of progress all throughout the process of abatement (asbestos testing made this necessary), making some changes to the wall structures, wallboarding, hanging new light fixtures, painting, and so on. When I returned from my trip, it was all done, and looked beautiful. They finished on time, were efficient, and kept me in the loop. Anthony even returned a call well after the job was done for a question I had that he really didn't need to concern himself with. He always said to call again with any questions or concerns, and for me, prompt attention to concerns is important. So, I'd use them again in the future. Services: General construction, Home repairs, Refurbishment, Painting, Interior finishing, Remodeling, Drywall installation, Drywall repair

On 8th May 2022, while celebrating Mother's Day at restaurant in Lynnwood, WA, we had a broken pipe in the basement. We live in lake Stevens, WA. I discovered the 'flooded-basement' when we came back. Lord knows how long water had been flowing before we got back (about 15 miles away). The insurance recommended Alpine to strip the basement and pack our belongings to storage. The insurance also recommended Armata Construction Services for the repairs. Mike from Armata got hold of us and brought his team for estimates and all that. He gave us time to check other companies if we so wished. We had had a bad experience with another contractor back then and was skeptical of taking his offer at face value. However, my wife felt that we should go with Armata. I do not regret going with them. I really appreciate their openness, communication, professionalism, quality of work and availability. Glen, who was assigned to our project was always within reach coordinating sub-contractors who did the drywall, painting & flooring. We worked with Mike on reducing the costs here and there. We instead replaced carpet had them install new vinyl plank on the whole basement, which is about 1000 sq ft. The job was/is beautiful and couldn't be happier. We ended up getting back $1074 back, YAY!!. The job was huge, and we got all our belongings from Alpine on 07/26/2022. My office is in the basement and am happy to be down here more than before. I know circumstance might be different with regard to your job & their availability, but I must say, Armata met all our expectations, if not over and above. Give them a chance, like we did. My wife and I highly recommend them. I also recommend you checking around before making your decision. Services: Install flooring, Basement remodeling, Painting, Repair flooring, Drywall repair

I had the pleasure of working with Armata Construction Services over the past few months. To quickly set the stage, my wife and I had to deal with some really bad water damage to our home which caused us to have over 50% our home stripped and ripped away. It was heartbreaking. Armata was a recommendation from a construction company that originally started to look at my home but wouldnt be able to commit. I was put in touch with Jeremiah Audujo and from there we got started. After talking with him he came with nothing but a great attitude, experience and care. He was very aware this was a life changing experience my family went through and was open to help with any questions and concerns we had. Within 3 days he was able to come to my home, make an estimate, get a group of teams lined up and had a planned schedule all for me. Over the time frame of a few months; there was a lot of damage that had to get fixed up, he was breaking down the steps I needed to do on my end and constantly checking in with me, always asking for feedback of his team, always answering any questions I had whether it was email or a phone call and always kept that positive attitude. Like all things in life, some things fall through the cracks and we had an moment where a team couldnt finish the work. Jeremiah let me know what happened and before I even brought it up he was already working with other teams to come in literally within a 48 hour period. Every team he and Armata worked with were very professional, very accommodating to work within my work schedule and really helped bring my home back to life. Near the end of process Jeremiah did a punch list with me to get the last few blemishes that were missed and all were taken care of as well. I cant begin to express how happy both myself and my wife were with our experience and how great our home looks now. Its like that water damage never happened and anyone who has seen our house prior to the damage cant notice a difference at all. While I would have loved to work with the Armata team under better circumstances this was a great experience like I mentioned so much already and its good to know after hearing so many horror stories about construction and contracting companies that Armata Construction Services doesnt fall under that group. I highly recommend working with them and ask for Jeremiah, he will get you squared away.

My wife and I had a terrible experience with Armata construction. Armata was the preferred contractor for our insurance agency after we had fire and water damage to our house so we decided to use them because our lives were upside down from being uprooted from our home. The project was promised to be done in no more than 6 weeks but it took almost 4 months to complete. There were decisions made on materials and design without my or my wifes involvement. The subcontractors hired by Ryan were bottom of the barrel and many corrections needed to be made after the project was completed. Communication through out the project was sparse from Ryan and his team. The subcontractors we did run into inside the home had friends and girlfriends with them which was very concerning as many of our belongings still remained stored in the house in the basement. While Ryan and his contractors had access to the house, a gun safe was broken into and personal belongings were stolen (likely by the contractors since no one else had access to the home). Ryan assured me he would look into it but never has. The icing on the cake- after being paid in full for the original estimate, when the project came to a close, Ryan sent us a bill for further payment but refused to justify the additional amount, instead he continued to send his original estimate which didnt cover the additional charges and continued to push for payment. When he wasnt satisfied with our pressing for further justification for the costs, Ryan attempted to single out my wife, calling her and screaming/ swearing at her threatening to put a lien on our home if he wasnt paid promptly and without further justification. Stay away from this company! You shouldnt feel disrespected or taken advantage of by your contractor and you should definitely feel safe and secure in your own home!!
