Recently my parents had their deck removed and a new one built. We can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of work. It was very easy to schedule an estimate and get a quote. Communication was always very clear regarding timelines and decisions made regarding the job. During the duration of the job, they arrived on time and we were most impressed that when they wrapped up for the day they always made sure to clean up and leave the backyard with no tools, nails or wood left out. We've had work in the past where this wasn't the case. Overall, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gustavo and his team to others. Landin Construction did a master bathroom remodel late last fall, 2022. They did an amazing job. Our bathroom was from the early 1990s had a raised bathtub, carpet, a funky shower, and pink in color. We wanted to modernize it. We decided on taking out the raised bathtub and replaced it with a extra large soaking tub. We took out the carpet, and replaced it with radiant floor tiling. The funky shower was replaced with a beautiful new one. Also, we put in a new vanity and new lighting. Landin Construction did an amazing job. I can't sing Gus and Danny's praises any louder. Excellent from start to finish! Gustavo is very professional and helped us in every detail from beginning to end! Always available and helpful. Very dedicated team.Cleaned everyday after themselves. I look forward to using them for all of our home projects.

They never did any work for us. He never made the effort to write up an estimate to try and get the job or call me to explain. So the worst he did was waste or time and delayed us from getting our job started while we were ignored. Our experience with them; I had called for an estimate, I was told i would get a call back since he, the owner was busy on a job. No call back. I gave him another chance and called back. I got an appointment this time. The 2 people that are the business came out and did measurements and told me it would take a few days to write up an estimate. 5 days later I called back and I was assured we would have an estimate available the next day. Still. No estimate. No call. So, I'm writing this review. Maybe we weren't high end enough for them. The owner did mention that he usually does high end jobs. Good luck if you try this company
