Seattle Endodontic Arts is a great dentistry practice. Like many people, I REALLY struggle with going into the dentist and especially avoid surgeries of any kind. But Dr. Freeman and his team (I wish I remembered their names because the were wonderful) made me feel safe and cared for. My experience here made in huge difference in my willingness to take care of my health. My procedures went to plan. My needs were met the whole through and there were no unnecessary appointments or time wasted. Also my mouth healed beautifully and I actually felt happy leaving this place. That and my writing this is saying a lot

I was recently referred to Dr. Jeffrey Short at Seattle Endodontic Arts for a root canal.  His office went out of there way to work me into the schedule and got the work started on the same day.The office is clean, pleasant and run with all the appropriate precautions during the COVID-19 crisis.They keep me clearly informed about the process involved in the procedure.  Dr. Short was very mindful of my comfort and ensuring that I experienced no pain.The entire procedure, conducted over two visits went perfectly.  I experienced no pain and only very mild discomfort.I would highly recommend Dr. Short and this practice.

I have a serious problem with one of my teeth and my dentist referred me to Dr Freeman. So far I have done the initial evaluation, then the first 2 hour procedure, and then the next 90-minute procedure. Now I wait 6-months for a check up and (hopefully) final evaluation. In all aspects and interactions I felt extremely confident with Dr. Freeman and his staff. I was pretty worried about the issue and I feel very lucky to have been referred to him. I happen to get some extra insight as my father in-law is a 40+ year experience dentist. He was also super impressed with the process and results. I also really appreciate the time Dr Freeman took to explain the issue, treatment and progress to me - even going so far as to help me understand the details of the x-rays. I never got the sense that he was rushing off to another appointment - even when I was especially inquisitive. The overall staff is also excellent - the dental assistant, Gunner, took extremely good care of me and the front desk was very helpful with insurance and scheduling appointments - even helping me reschedule one last minute. I saw Dr. Mark freeman shortly after walking in without an appointment. I had some dental concerns and he truly reassured me that I had nothing to worry about, and if I felt that the concern was ongoing, I could come back in 3 months. I felt that he listened to me  which was  very important. I respect his demeanor and his professionalism as well as his  clinical expertise. He is really Good. I also would like  to point out  that his Dental Assistant was friendly and extremely  engaging, she made me feel comfortable. The office is full of professionals who take their job serious. This was a 5 star experience.

I had a terrible week with an abscess tooth. I was referred to Dr. Freeman for a possible extraction or root canal. I was in frantic tears when I got there. Dr. Freeman and Wendy did everything they could to calm me and ease my pain. Dr. Freeman could have just pulled my tooth because I didn't know any better. It would have led to great expense and complications. He preformed a temporary solution to my pain while he conferenced with my dentist instead. I went back 2 days later feeling 60% better,  more confident in that I trusted him to do whatever he needed to. He decided not to do anything because I was healing. For now- no expensive procedure or unnecessary treatment. They have been amazing with follow up and kept humor in the mix throughout. So grateful I needed up there. They are dental angels:) No hesitation in highly recommending!
