Its 2024 and they dont have an online payment option. Like others I had problems with the accounting team. All the bad experience wouldve been avoided with a text/email link to a payment portal.

Needing to have a root canal procedure is not high on my list of the most enjoyable things in life. That is why having an excellent endodontist is so important, and for me I have found that place at Pacific Endodontics in West Seattle with Dr. Etemad. He explains the procedures, is skillful, careful, and thorough, regularly checking on you during treatment, and after if necessary. In my experience, when I have needed emergency care, his friendly staff headed by CEO Kristina Mitro has been very accommodating, and professional in helping to provide the necessary care in a timely way.

Dr. Etemad is an unusually knowledgeable Endodontist. When my husband had a toothache with inconsistent symptoms, Dr. Etemad found the cause of the pain: early stage root resorption. As a result, the tooth was treated without going through a conventional root canal treatment and the nerve was saved. Dr. Etemad has a gift for perceiving causes of symptoms that others might easily overlook. The result of this is his patients can be assured that they are receiving the most appropriate treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Etemad!.

The dentists are wonderful and kind, and explain things really well. I felt comfortable getting my root canal done, and would certainly come here again should I need additional endodontic work. Also, the CEO (Dr. Mitro) is personable and helpful, and makes an effort to know all patients even if she does not do direct dental work with you.The staff is also kind and helpful. I highly recommend this office for endodontic work! :)

My dentist recommended here so I came and while SOME staff were extremely helpful and some just were there to look pretty and bill you, they definitely charge you additional fees because how is an FMX not covered by insurance? A CT they highly recommend also cost $365 out of pocket because insurance also doesnt cover the cost. Overall the billing here is just fishy and they dont tell you everything up front before providing service.
