They don't want to help, just tell you to hire your own attorney.... in essence they basically said get lost we don't have time for your case... this office wastes tax payer money period, they aren't willing to help and their reviews prove that!!!

No appointments available. Endless loop of bullsiit if you call. Impossible to reach a person.

They don't have ANY appointments. The portal doesnt work. i check EVERY single day and there isnt anything. they need to find another solution to get this to work so people can have their voices heard.

Cant make an appointment, the statute is 180 days, seems like the system is designed to screw over the little guy

Place is a joke! Customer service cant even help schedule doesnt even work. I wonder how many lawsuits have been filed against this industry. Best odds that anyone can have is look for an attorney to help you cause this place cant at all. Schedule an appointment they keep telling you but it doesnt even work!
