        Place is the friggin worst hospital I have ever been to hands down. HANDS DOWN! Treated my wife like garbage, wasted time, just horrendous. Dr. Ganz is a nightmare! These are horrible providers, stay far away!

        I came here, because my boyfriend was hit by a car on his bike. From start to finish, the staff were very friendly and assuring during the extremely stressful experience. Once they found out he hit his head, they did their best to get him seen by a doctor as quickly as possible. The whole process did take a couple of hours, but I think that's almost to be expected while in the ER. The hospital was extremely busy so we were very appreciative for the care we received.

        First ER visit since joining UW Med 8 years ago. Experience was nothing less than trauma in itself. Slammed ER, no beds...ambulances with no parking...5 hours of agonizing pain waiting before emergency surgery. Here's the thing...once getting out of the waiting room...to the right professionals...I received nothing less than excellent medical, nursing and supportive care. We need to address the complicated issues... lack of resources and stress on providers. I'm healing...grateful to Dr. Nicole White and her team, Med Surg nurses and support staff...you all get a 5.
