        I used PPM for floor plans in an older 15 building. The building is 100+ years old and there was lot of construction making this building layout difficult to understand. Add some difficult tenants and you get a very complex task. I was impressed with the professionalism of Colin and PPM team and the results were great -- detailed and precise. Just what I needed for planned rehab/improvement work. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

        Our firm has used PPM on several remodel projects now and it has been fantastic. We don't have to do as-builts, first off - a savings of time for us and money for our clients. It would take us four or five times as much time to prepare the same level of deliverable. And the level of detail and accuracy is high, even for some complicated structures. We're very happy with PPM's work and customer service. I highly recommend.
