        I woke up Friday morning & noticed my 16.5-year-old porcelain implant fell out while I slept. I called the office & Ms. Emilee did not think it was a great idea for me to wait until Tuesday to come in so I was in 2 hours after I called. I walked in & was immediately taken to the chair. The staff is always really nice when I go in & Dr. Shen is always very good. Her assistant (I forgot her name. Sorry!) was so kind & brought me a couple of rinse packets to help my bottom lip heal (due to a seizure). If you're too keen on going to the dentist, this office will change your mind!!
