I had horrible experience with this doctor. They start by forcing you to take many x-rays and their other doctor Maggie who was cleaning my teeth messed up my tooth so bad by resting her heavy hand on one tooth while she was cleaning I have been in pain since then. I asked her to remove her hand many times but she would still continue to do that maybe because it was my last day of cleaning and they had already ripped me off as much as they can so just be reckless why not!! And when I asked to recommend me to periodontal because of the pain in that tooth they asked me come in again so they can make more money off of me. They do not answer any questions either. I guess they want dumb patients who can follow their orders and not say anything. I remember saying I want to avoid x-rays and he just went angry over raising my concerns. As a patient I expect answers to my questions. But they don not respond to questions and get angry if you ask any question. Shouldve just left them and not ever visit this clinic again!! It was my bad to get my teeth cleaned by them cause they just made it worst!!

Very bad experience that left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended). Do not go unless you have incredible insurance or extra cash you do not need. Very disappointed with the doctor. With so many choices out there consider doing a bit more research and skip this one.

The visit typically goes like this: 1) take as many X-Rays as possible = easy money. 2) lets spend max 60-90sec checking the teeth = squeeze more patients in one day. It's so incredibly hard to find a good, caring dentist. This one is not the one.

I've been going to Dr. Young for the past 8 years since I moved to Seattle. Although his office is no longer a convenient location for me, I'm having a hard time switching to a different provider because I don't feel I can get the same quality of care that I receive from Dr. Young.

You never raised any concerns to me or my staff at the time of treatment except for your concerns about X-rays, which we addressed and respected, so I'm surprised to see this posted here. It seems the level of trust needed for a proper patient/doctor relationship wasn't met. I do wish you had mentioned this when you had the concerns. Please be assured we will take your comments to build better relationships with patients in the future.

Hi Wojtek. I am sorry you had a bad experience! We aren't able to locate you in our system. Is there any way you could call our office so that we may look up your record? You can ask for the doctor directly.
