I'm sure this is a perfectly great office, but holy cow the receptionist was rude on the phone. "I don't know of any dentists in West Seattle accepting new patients." First of all, how could you possibly know that? Secondly, okay? Thanks for the help. But I'm glad your website has "accepting new patients" on it.

Had to have two fillings reworked at another dentist. One was a rather large filling. They didnt remove the full cavity which spread under the filling. Ended up with a partial crown due to negligence.

While enjoying a very basic sammie for lunch, and feeling a glass like object go "crunch" in my mouth, I panicked there was glass in it somehow.  Alas, a crown had fallen off and it also broke in half.  The crown was about 12 years of age so a good lifespan and was created at a dental practice in another state where I lived in the early 2000s.I phoned that Sunday and left a voicemail message stating I had no pain nor sensitivity to heat nor cold but if they could get me in within the next few days that would be brilliant.The office phoned straight away Monday morning and offered to see me immediately.  I ended up having to wait until Wednesday due to commitments I had.  Lesley greeted me with the most upbeat and engaging manner and prepped me for the procedure while explaining what to expect with nitrous oxide.  He was so thorough and fitted me very well for the nasal mask.  Dr. Sullivan explained the the process and lifespan and answered my questions.   The ability to create the crown in house is outstanding.  The fitting was perfection!  I am a dental chair white knuckler of a patient and between Lesley's preparation and calming presence and Dr. Sullivan's best novocain dispensing EVER, I was good to go in a matter of a couple hours and better than new! So appreciate!  Have been going to this practice since 2014 when we moved to West Seattle.  Have enjoyed the team and their integrity of practice and oral health care from prevention to maintenance to on-call situations.  I also appreciate when they have referred me for outside their practice procedures.  They are networked with other stellar doctors of dentistry so I felt confident in their recommendations.  I also thank the practice for being mindful during CV19 and the extra efforts made for safety and prevention.

Really disappointed in what this place has become. Before Dr. Saturays practice was wholesome and actually cared about the patients. Now it's completely profit before patient and they purposely push unnecessary procedures and cleanings on you. I see others have seen the same downfall, and I think (like me) have moved on. Dr. Saturday used to be a great person and went to demonstrations and protests (i believe) but now it's like she only sees money. I hope she changes again for the better.

I wish I would have read the reviews before booking an appointment. As others have noted, Dr.Saturay recommends unnecessary dental procedures in order to profit.
