Worst dental experience Ive ever had. They scheduled my husband and I as new patients and sent us over a mountain of paperwork. I took the time to fill out their paperwork and get a sitter. When I arrived for my appointment they said they didnt have us on the schedule and that they were sorry they made an error with scheduling but wouldnt be able to see us for weeks. They were TERRIBLE and absolutely unprofessional. Well be taking our business elsewhere!

My family has been going to Dr. Fiscus for a while now and it is a really great place. Everyone from the dentist to the staff are very friendly & highly professional. My hygienist does such a great job! They are very honest and informative. It seems like they really take the time to get to know all of their patients and their individual needs! I highly recommend Fiscus Dentistry if youre looking for a wonderful family dentists office on Bainbridge Island.

Patient experience is horrible. As a new patient, they "forgot" to schedule my initial appointment, and refused to work me in on the day they said they would saying I had to come back "in a few weeks." If this is how they handle their business, I don't want them handling my dental care. Will be going somewhere else.

Dear Lauren and Matthew –We are deeply disappointed in your experience and subsequent review of our dental practice. We pride ourselves on our level of care for and communication with our patient community and it is a reputation we have carefully built in our years of business on Bainbridge Island. We consider it an honor to serve so many Bainbridge Islanders as part of our dental community and we were certainly looking forward to welcoming you as new patients into this community. As you may be aware, the recent government-mandated business closure has had a very real effect on small businesses here on the island, and ours is no exception. Like many businesses, the closure significantly impacted our office staffing and we were forced to operate with limited resources and a reduced staff. We are proud of the remaining members of our staff who went above and beyond their job descriptions to do take on the additional responsibility of continuing to keep our business office open to address the concerns of our patients and provide emergency dental care.It was during this period of re-training existing staff and training new staff members that you contacted us for an appointment. We are confident that our staff did their very best under the circumstances to provide excellent customer service to you; however, it is clear from this interaction that this was not, in fact, your experience of our dental practice. We sincerely apologize that your appointments were not recorded accurately and that this caused inconvenience for you. This does not occur in our practice on a regular basis and we are grateful for the grace that our existing patients have given during this extremely challenging time.We are truly sorry that we did not get the chance to meet you in person. When you called on the phone the day of your appointment, we expressed our genuine regret for our mistake and we apologized for not being able to safely work you into an already full day of dental appointment. We follow the procedures and recommendations from the American Dental Association regarding providing safe and socially distanced dental care for all of our patients. Practically speaking, however, this means that we are required to be less flexible with our scheduling practices in order to provide a safe dental environment.Again, we extend our sincere apologies for your experience. We would welcome the opportunity to connect with you in person. Until then, we wish you both the best.If we can be of any assistance to you in your search for a family dentist, or for any other dental concerns, please don’t hesitate to call us.Sincerely,Fiscus Dentistry
