Phinney Ridge Dental

I have severe dental anxiety from a previous dentist. But, the staff at Phinney Ridge have been nothing but kind and accommodating! Dr. Bickel helped fix the issues from my previous dentist and Dr. Trinh is incredibly considerate and friendly. Highly recommend this practice!

I had a good services-That's why I recommended my husband to go. I told the receptionist that my husband preferred his appointments on Fridays, but she made it for Monday. I called and the receptionist, instead of helping and being kind, was rude. The first time I called they were very friendly but I don't know who answers the phones today, in the end she told me that they don't work on Fridays and they never told me that at the beginning. The website says that they are open on Fridays but the reality is different. We have wasted 4 months, they changed our appointment and instead of helping, they get angry for canceling when, I give them 7 days notice. Be careful, they cancel at the last minute and if you want to change, they get upset. The Dentist was nice but I don't think he knows how they treat his patients. Terrible costumer services.

Would not recommend this place whatsoever. I went in to look at getting my veneers redone. I signed up for a scan but their systems were down at the time so they could not tell me how much it cost. We went forth with the scan because I couldn't get an estimate for my veneers until that was taken care of. A couple weeks later the clinic told me I owed them $300. No where was this stated previously and they used my signature at check in stating "I agree to all services rendered in this office." It felt like they assigned a number to my bill and charged it for me when they did not review it with me in person. Very happy I did not do my veneers here. My first time experience did not instill confidence. The office was a bit dated and the service after this happened was non-existent. Was very happy with the experience and veneers from 4th and Seneca dental. Do not recommend Phinney Ridge Dental after my initial ordeal with them - especial for cosmetic work.

Everyone hates the dentist. You aren't going to have a good time here. However my time here with Dr. Trinh over a few visits was the least bad that it could have possibly been. I came in at 7am for an emergency appointment, and they were able to extract the offending tooth that morning with great care for my comfort. The follow-up visits to make sure that my healing process was doing the job and tol schedule a filling and cleaning were all as good as can be expected as well, because Dr. Trinh and the staff were all kind and considerate and quick with a smile as well. This is my place from now on to keep my smile at its best.

Just switched over to this dentist from a different place in Ballard. Nothing but positive things my first time here. Dr. Bickel & his assistant had great and gentle technique for the cleaning, and there was nothing pushy about their recommendations for my teeth. The person who runs the office seemed very competent with insurance and billing as well. Much better experience here than at the last place I went to in Ballard!
