        Dr. Wicklund is by far the best dentist that we've ever had. Most people do not like going to a dentists office but Dr. Wicklund makes everything seem so smooth. He's an extremely kind person and we're blessed he's the one who cares for our dental needs.

        Dr. Wicklund truly is the best dentist I've ever had. He is conservative and only does work that needs to be done. He is always kind and explains what he is doing through procedures which I find very comforting. He truly cares for his patients. I think very highly of him and his entire staff. 10/10 would recommend this office!

        Beautiful office, poor office management. She will promise patients payment plans and not follow through as the patient has no proof of said payment agreement. Talks poorly of the patients when they leave the office. Racks up unpaid payments as long as she possibly can before rightfully sending them to collections, and creates OnlyFans content in the office. All in all there is much better offices on the Island to be seen at and employed with.

        I have been a patient of Dr Wicklund for 8 years. Today his office manager was so rude to me that my husband and I have decided that we will get a new dentist with nicer staff.

      This review is from a former employee of Wicklund Dental who had her employment terminated recently by me. Her opinions, though not raised before her employment ended, were helpful to investigate and confirm some of her allegations. The patient and treatment coordinator in question has had her employment terminated by me even more recently. For over 20 years my team and I have strived to provide excellent and compassionate dental care for families on Bainbridge Island and from the surrounding communities.       Investigation of the recent actions and behavior of a patient and treatment coordinator at Wicklund Dental supported my decision to terminate her employment. I apologize that I was not able to intervene in the situation that led the reviewer to decide to find another dental office.
