Getting the same experience as another reviewer. After not being a patient for 4 years they are now trying to bill me. To make it worse, they have no public email address, don't pick up the phone, and don't return messages. Stay away!

I would rate 0/10. I was contacted in 2024, after my last appointment being in 2021 with a remaining balance? While trying to inquire why, I called for weeks with no answer. After an email reply, the office assistant let me know that she didnt bill properly & that I owed $100 for X-Rays that she cannot provide or has record of.

Regarding Queen Anne Hilltop Dental Care, I would like to give a shout out to Dr. Max, Melissa and the professional dental hygienist care we received. Unfortunately, Jackie the front desk employee is a very hostile individual. From the time we started with the practice she has been rude, dismissive and very unpleasant to deal with. I believe as a small business owner myself, I would not keep anyone like her on staff regardless of a lack qualified personnel to hire. In closing, I would like to thank the dental dream team for keeping our teeth healthy and wish the best for everyone.

I came in for a Groupon promo they were advertising for dental implants that included exam and X-rays. Since I paid with cash, I was assured my insurance would not be billed. However, I later discovered they ran my insurance for the exam and X-rays, withdrawing $169 from my benefits. When I contacted the office about it, the billing specialist gave me the runaround and said the promotion expired (not true at the time). I am happy with the dental work performed but wish they were more honest and transparent.
