What a great space, great people and great service. I am from out of town and had to find somewhere for emergency dental help. From the moment I called them to leaving it was just top notch. Kinda wish they were my everyday dentists now! Highly recommended.

They assisted me quick and efficiently in setting up the quickest appointment possible and were very friendly and professional. They greet you by name and offer small bottles of water while you wait! Located in downtown Seattle making it for breaks in between work!

Dr. Baker and his entire team are great! From the moment you enter the office you get greeted by the lovely front desk assistants. I love that they go over the findings of the X-Rays with you and actually show you what is going on and what to do. Also they take pictures of your teeth; it's a great way to point out the areas that need work, and again is visual so you can see it, they are not making it up. I had an amazing experience and excited to have them as my dental team! If you are looking for high quality, top notch care this is the place to go.

I just returned to my Hotel after FORTUNATELY seeing Dr Baker!!! I broke a molar last night and needed a fast appointment due to the fact that I am taking a cruise tomorrow. Naturally,I was apprehensive,I left an e-mail explaining my problem and circumstance and Jorge{Appointment Coordinator} replied at 7 am. I called him right back and he said to come in. Dr Baker evaluated the situation and gave me options,the best was to completely repair it with a crown. I was concerned that it could not be accomplished in the one day that I had available in Seattle, but was re-assured that it would be done. The procedure was painless and the permanent crown was fitted and I was done in 2 hours! I MUST commend not only Dr. Baker and Jorge,but Jasmine and Heather who assisted Dr Baker. THEIR COMPASSION AND PROFESSIONALISM took the stress out of what could have been a REALLY BAD DAY. I cannot speak highly enough about this practice and staff. It could have been the end of my vacation.They made sure it was just the beginning. Thank You All!

I had Seattle Dental Associates make my retainer at the end of June, and it was completely cracked and unusable by the beginning of September just from normal wear and cleaning. The retainer was extremely flimsy compared to retainers I have gotten from previous dentists those of which always lasted at least 1-2 years until I was scheduled to routinely replace them. I moved out of country so it has been very difficult to get responses via email to resolve the issue. Finally, on December 13, Jessica at the front desk assured me they would make a new retainer for me, and that she would send me a confirmation email once it was made and shipped. It's been over a month, and I still haven't heard anything back... I've sent 3 follow up emails and all of them have been ignored. Very frustrating and poor experience.
