I just came home from the clinic and I am truly amazed at how they conduct their practice. I actually felt loved, appreciated, and cared for. It was after normal hours and she came to the office with her husband, another dentist, to help extract my tooth. They gave me a price that was fair and honest. Humor, trust, empathy, and love in their dealing with me. She listens to you and doesn't make you feel stupid, like many dentists I have seen in my life, especially in America. My tooth came out with no complications. I am going to go back and have more work done. I would recommend this practice anytime with Dr. Shohreh Khorasandi and her husband Dr. Khorasandi.

Dr. Khorsandi has an entirely new staff of kind, friendly, compassionate women. They never fail to make you feel like a friend or family when you come in. I used to have such a fear of the dentist because of my last office. I told Dr. Lui this and she made it a point to be gentle and take her time. The new assistant Nicole is the only assistant beside the Dr. so you get a very one on one experience. Nicole made sure she explained every step of my visit and answered every question i had. All around, i had a wonderful cleaning and would recommend this office a million times over!

I had a tooth emergency so i searched around online for a dental office close to me. i stumbled onto ballinger dental and decided to give them a try. from the moment i walked in, they were all smiles and the whole atmosphere was positive. they were very kind, understanding, and professional. they wasted no time in seeing me to help with my pain. They took some x rays, figured out what was wrong, and extracted the tooth efficiently. they talked me through every step and always asked me if i was okay or had any questions which i really appreciated. Ive never felt to relaxed and comfortable in a dental setting before, they are now my official dental office from here on out! thank you BDC
