        Dentist is good. Dental hygienist I had was good. Front desk is a mess. They cannot answer simple questions about cost, co pays, insurance issues. There was a gentleman before me who asked questions about a $700 charge. By the time he was finished his bill was $350. Before I went in, I was told my co pay would be $48. It would be less if I didnt have X-rays. I didnt have x-rays. But when I came out they wanted to charge me $60.. I objected and told them that I didnt have x-rays as well. She still charged me $48. She could not answer questions about my Delta Dental insurance. Not impressed.

      David, I can't say I blame you for what you feel about the last encounter. It's not how we usually do business with you. I'm not interested in making excuses about what happened here. I can tell you that we are going through a transition with your insurance provider, and it's creating challenges that we haven't faced before with your copayments and insurance coverages. We are working to make things smoother for you with ongoing training sessions. Delta Dental insurance has created significant roadblocks for our patients and for us.
