We feel so fortunate to have found Livis place for our little one. Not only was the service reliable respectful and professional, but it truly felt like a collaboration. They were even accommodating and participatory with our Early Intervention specialist. Our daughter loved it there, and if not for our move we would still be there. Highly recommend Livis place to anyone searching for childcare.

The first couple years of your child's life are critical in reaching key milestones - how they play, learn, speak, behave, and move. Finding the right daycare can feel very daunting, especially in a highly competitive area with long waitlists. We were extremely pleased with our child's time at Livi's Place. The teacher to child ratio was perfect to maintain a steady routine and give our child the right amount of attention. The outdoor play area is safe and large, and there are plenty of indoor activities when the rainy season starts to keep the kids engaged and growing. I highly recommend Livi's Place if you're looking for a safe family friendly environment for your new baby and young toddler.

Our son has been going to Livis Place for over a year and we are so grateful to have found such a wonderful in-home daycare! Tanya and her team are attentive, nurturing and care about the development of the kids. As a new mom, she helped to make sure I felt comfortable by providing updates, noting his schedule and was always responsive. Now, as a busy toddler, its amazing to see how much my son has developed here. The yard is wonderful, plenty of room to run around and play. Highly recommend if you are seeking a close knit family daycare.

Our daughter loves Tanya! That's saying something because she really only likes me. Tanya and Alma are such pros, and give great care. They know our baby's schedule, and are attentive to her cues. Lots of great outside time, and socialization. We love the small size of the daycare, and the familial environment they've created.

We had a tough time with communication and setting expectations. For example, 1. we visited at lunch time once as stated encouraged on the manual and got a lot of resistance. We asked another family who left about their expectation and that became a thing got brought up every time as we were trying to sabotage her business. 2. When we visited prior to enrollment, the owner says there will always be 2 people, in some occasions during drop off time there were no one in the common area as the only teacher was changing a kid in the back. I am not sure if this is okay but when we brought it up it was another episode of arguing about we showing up in example #1. And she stated I shouldnt use the manual to hold against her. 3. Weve only received 3 photos for the 4-5 months of time being here. 4. We asked to put a sweater on the kid as one day when we picked her up she was wearing short sleeve. And the response was I will never put the kid in the cold and we are a licensed business etc. It wasnt a big deal, just cannot have any parental control without assuming the worst interest. 5. There was a one day notice of service time shortening even just by 15 minutes. I expressed its hard on my commute since I take the shuttle. It became argument of all of the above items again. In the end, we dont feel like as parents its safe to give any suggestions on stuff that we observe without turning in to hour long arguing about discrepancy of what happened vs what is mentioned in the manual. I would advise parents clarify all the items on the manual and write items down black n white and have both parties signed
