Lee & Lee, PS has done a fantastic job to get my H1B petition approved with USCIS. During the process, my petition got RFE on speciality occupation which is challenging in my case. The boss of Lee&Lee, ps, Nelson Lee ( a Vietnamese?) is horrible! They told my family wire my bail amount $150,000, but they kept the bail money, didn’t bail me out. Lee&Lee, ps’ excuse ( their lie) was I had an ICE hold. They didnt return the bail money to my family, they kept my bail money $150,000 for almost 2 months till I said in front of the interpreter and the associate lawyer they kept me in jail, didn’t bail me out, didnt return the money back to my family... The associate lawyer made up the statement on plea form ( a lie they made up), and told me to plead guilty to the crime I never committed...( I’ve never been in jail, I didn’t know how to get out. I had my bail money, but why couldn’t I get out?) I never knew human beings can be so awful and so terrible till I hired Lee&Lee, ps. They keep their client locked in jail in order to keep the bail money $150,000, they don’t care about their clients right! They only care how much more money they can get from their clients! What is more terrible is Nelson Lee ( the boss of Lee&Lee, ps) is now a judge in Seattle, King county! Does it mean the corruption of American legal system!!!!?
