After suffering a hard loss of loved ones, a few friends encouraged me to seek grief therapy to help with healing. I have never had therapy, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I did expect a level of compassion and empathy.
Jessica did not create a safe space for my vulnerable state. She was sharp tongued and lacked empathy, warmth, and kindness. If anything, she gave me a setback and stunted my healing. She completely turned me off therapy. Her website description is lovely. It does not match who she is.
