Peter is a dedicated therapist, an attentive listener, and a skilled facilitator of healing for others. I've worked with him for the past year, and he's helped me through some very challenging stuff. He's consistently held a keen sense of observation and insight throughout our work together, while also maintaining an authentic, and connected feeling of empathy. Thank you, Peter.

Helped me through a rough (I mean rough) breakup. I'm now on the other side of it. Very thankful for the work.

I was always a nice guy in my mind. Always trying to be helpful and do good. With Peter's help, I recognized that being good also meant being good to myself. In the past, I was resentful for some of the ways I behaved or how I was treated. What I learned is that putting on my own oxygen mask first was the best way for me to be able to give to others and be the nice guy I always knew I was. But, now more authentically so. I learned saying No was okay, if it meant taking care not to overcommit myself. Asking for help from others to get my needs met was okay too. Setting boundaries. I have Peter to thank for that. Peter helped me see what I was doing that was not working for me. How I was kind of doing this to myself, and why I was frustrated and not happy. My wife and kids are happier too after I started seeing Peter. Peter has a good sense of humor and is genuinely caring. I appreciate that I was able to find him. I highly recommend him.

I don't typically write reviews, but I've felt supported by Peter to the extent that a review here is certainly in order. Over the many years I've had some difficult times - my struggles with alcohol, chronic self doubt and shame, and rocky relationships mostly. We've addressed all those things, and more. It's clear he listens when I share. His feedback and insightful questions seem to be more than that of typical standard practice. My conversations with Peter are more than me just venting. He helps me deep-dive into the root or source of my negative beliefs about myself and the world. From that place is where I've been able to make actual lasting changes to improve my confidence and happiness. I've seen other therapists in the past, but we never seemed to go to the root of the matter like I do with Peter. I like that we drum up the tough stuff and discuss how to handle it. And I appreciate that he holds space for me, and hears all of it - it's apparent because of the thought-provoking feedback and questions.I can confidently say that substances do not play a role in my life anymore, and haven't for a couple years now. My relationships are deeper. And I certainly have more self-worth than I used to. Peter has been key in helping me get there. Being able to share without worry of ill judgement was not something I was used to. I think most of the community could use more of this kind of support, like Peter has done so for me.
