Bil is fantastic. I have worked with therapists on and off throughout my life and find his approach straightforward and insightful. He has been in practice for many years and thus has myriad tools in his toolbox to utilize when working with clients. This is a good thing, since counseling is not a one-size-fits-all modality! I was referred to Bil by several friends, as well as my doctor, and he was always mentioned alongside a glowing review. While we only worked together for a short time, I found our visits effective and what I took away from our time together has had lasting positive effects on my life. I am a physician myself will not hesitate sending my patients his way.

For anyone looking for feedback on this counselor, I have personal experience with him. He has done many things leading up to being a counselor, which is what I think many people should look for when choosing. I have hated him, I have been confused by him, I have spent years thinking about what he has taught me. Personally, he is Christian. Personally, I am not. Personally, I think people feel uneasy about it, but you come to know that true Christians know this and feel their place is only to stand their ground. I am still not a Christian, but he has opened my mind to WORLDS. He started me reading when I was a serious burnout. He has started recognizing the impact of my actions and that goodness carries forward to do good in this world, despite me being formerly lucky to have a home and a clean record. If you are not ready to do the work, you are just not ready to do the work. Some people point fingers all day, and some people lean in and listen. Am I lucky to have met him? Yes, and so would you be. Did he make life easy for me? Not in the slightest, but I thank him.

I was recently diagnosed with mild autism and was recommended Bil by the clinic who diagnosed me. Bil seemed to really know what he was talking about throughout our session, while also making several claims that were hard to believe. Bil claimed to have appeared in six games for the Cleveland Browns as a nose tackle at 360 pounds. Guessing by his age, I would assume he is in his mid to late sixties, putting his NFL window at around the 1970s when the average weight for a defensive lineman was high 200s. He claims on his website to have been in his practice for 44 years so you do to math. Furthermore, he claimed to have recorded in his words "A big band from Bellevue on 8mm called Heart", thus in his words creating the first music video. First of all, Heart is from Bothell, and second of all you're a pathological liar. Why would anyone need to lie to a potential patient about a failed NFL career and a hanger on of Heart? It boogles my mind why people lie about stupid, inconsequential stuff like this
