        Dr Martinez has a natural ability to listen and tune into the underlying core issues that are going on. She is very easy to talk to and incredibly knowledgable about the nervous system and mindbody connections. Through her I was able to understand how stress affects my body in various ways and why it was so hard for me to snap out of a stressful situation. I have been able to learn so much about myself with her guidance and I could not recommend her more!
