Shane Pierard has been an indispensable resource in navigating elder care options and advocating for our family. She was knowledgeable about different levels of care and helped us quickly identify a good solution when it would have taken us far longer if we'd tried to navigate on our own. Shane helped get my brother placed in an Adult Family Home following a stroke. She did a great job getting his level of care assessed, finding homes that had an opening, and then touring those places to find the best fit. Thanks to her, I found a good place and got him moved in within a few days.
