I feel incredibly lucky to have been able to work directly with Carrie and the CMJ team. The level of expertise, care and attention that they brought to me personally, to our meetings, and to our community needs has been astounding. My project had to go on hiatus, and almost two years later the team rallied for me again and we picked things up as though no time had passed. I've worked with consultants in the past who, once they sign a contract, treat you like a box they need to check. That isn't Carrie. She's entirely present. She listens carefully, asks excellent questions to help you understand the core of your challenges, provides actionable advice, and gives you frameworks to walk away with that you can apply to hurdles that haven't even arisen yet. I highly recommend working with her!

Working with Carrie was a game-changer. Having an accountability partner every step of the way to launch was invaluable. She took hours of research off of our to-do list. Even though I have started many businesses in the past, it was super helpful to have Carrie's eyes on everything. Her experience starting communities is priceless. In just a few months we were ready to launch and that would not have happened on my own.

Firstly, we are thankful and extremely happy that Carrie accepted our invitation to work with us in spite of the fact that we are not her usual clientele and that we couldn't afford her usual fee being a nonprofit with limited resources and deeply affected by the global pandemic. Secondly, she is extremely professional, responsive, and pleasant to work with. Lastly, Carrie is an amazing person, motivated, hard-working and if you decide to work with her, your success if basically guaranteed. Very much recommended!
