Sarah's approach to supporting, promoting, and challenging me to grow and strengthen my skills in clinical mental health supervision has been an invaluable experience. Because of her empathic, curious, and caring attitude, those qualities not only reinforced the importance of developing ongoing awareness of how I influence the relationship with those who I supervised, but also provided the space to learn and apply critical and relevant skills in addressing the range of issues inherent to how I performed my work as a supervisor of other mental health clinicians.
