        We used Magnolia CPA for the past two years. The first year was good. The second year after she admit that she made a mistake on my tax documents, she did not offer to fix it. We find reliable accountant to take care of her mistake. I DO NOT RECOMAND Bianca as a reliable accountant to anyone.

      Unfortunately Magnolia CPA was never given the opportunity to review the supposed error or was made aware of the situation until a full six months later when an invoice was presented from a new CPA. We still have not seen the corrected tax return and have no idea if the error was pre-existing or even legitimate.From time to time we will find potential errors in other CPAs work when reviewing prior year tax returns for new clients. It happens. We always recommend to the new client that they review it with their prior CPA and give that CPA an opportunity to respond or explain.A collaborative approach to fixing issues and differing opinions on tax law is usually the best way to move forward. It’s unfortunate Magnolia CPA was not given the opportunity to do so.
