If today's technology or devices confuse you, Nancy Ferrell, the Home Computing Coach (where's the (R) or (TM)?) is someone you should invite into your home or business.
Even I, a pretty tech savvy QuickBooks and Quicken consultant has benefited from talking to her about using some aspect of a computer program or Smartphone and learning that I could do X with it when I thought that I couldn't.
As a result, whenever I have potential clients who don't understand their new computer's operating system or financial program, I refer them to her before I will help them.
