        The lady has no idea how to serve customers. She refused me to provide water which I never heard at Starbucks stores

        The Starbucks is really clean, huge parking lot, and close where I live. The only problem is you will always see a long line. I was on line for 10 to 15 minutes just to get steamed milk??? Its very upsetting to see only one person serving all this peoples and I have seen peoples walking away from line including myself once. Safeway need to hire or turn more people to do the job other than that stop by and enjoy it.
