Levi’s Store

Today, we stopped by the shop and Eli welcomed and introduced us to sales at store. We were very happy by Eli's service while shopping. We bought two pairs of jeans and will be back. Good job Eli and store.

If I'm not mistaken, this is there first day open. Levi's is my favorite brand so I stopped in. Only one person said hello, outside of that they treated me as if I wasn't even there even though I was browsing like I was clearly looking for something. Every one else was getting the help and attention that should be given to ALL customers. All good, I will stick with the Levi's store in the Auburn Outlet Collection where people who look like me are more helpful.

The store just opened up so they are still waiting on some inventory but I had a very positive experience. They had excellent service and they were busy and folks would take turns checking in if I needed different sizes. I really liked how the store was not set up based on gender. I ended up choosing pants that may typically have been in a Mens section and I felt more encouraged to explore pants I would usually assume wouldnt fit me.
