I have shopped at this store multiple times and most recently took an in store course. The staff was super friendly and great at explaining basics. I have been in multiple times since the course and always meet with a upbeat greeting and lots of help with my questions. I appreciate Lucas, Will & Miriam who have all been very good listeners and approachable when I have come in.

Ive had a pair of the Orvis Pro wading boots for a few years. After some light use the sole started to detach from the left boot. Brought them in and the store manager gave me a new pair as a replacement with almost no questions asked. Amazing customer service.

Even though the staff was super nice to me, Ive watched a situation where the owner/staff didnt want to let a black person in. The staff claimed they wouldnt have the capacity to have more customers in the shop (which was absolute ridiculous since there were just 3 customers in at all). Shocking behaviour and therefore you should think twice if you want to purchase something in this shop if this is their attitude to people.

The sales staff here is actually helpful and not pushy. Their clothes are comfy and durable. Definitely worth the price. They also support local charities.
